- Field Organizing & State Capacity-Building - Help grow organizing power where it matters most—on the ground, in states and communities. Invest in state affiliate advocacy capacity and grassroots infrastructure.
- Power-Building Skills Trainings & Tools - Train and support people to lead change in their communities. Build the capacity of NWF staff, affiliates, and partners to organize, advocate, and communicate effectively.
- Civic Engagement & Democracy - Connect the dots between environmental action and democracy to build lasting civic power and ensure all voices are heard (c3).
- Organizational Leadership for More Effective Advocacy - Help our Federation work better together by identifying gaps, fostering cross-departmental and regional collaboration, and ensuring we are equipped to tackle emerging issues, drive unified advocacy efforts, and create lasting impact.
